Overview

• We are seeking a Technical Product Manager to work closely with our General Product Manager and ensure the seamless execution of product development in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
• You will collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure that technical requirements are accurately interpreted, realistic workflows are designed, and roadmaps are effectively planned and executed.
• This role focuses on making sure that development teams stay aligned with product goals and deliver high-quality solutions on schedule.

Key Responsibilities
Support Product Development:

• Collaborate with the General Product Manager to translate business requirements into technical deliverables.
• Ensure that developers accurately interpret features, guiding technical aspects of the product.
• Assist in breaking down complex technical challenges into manageable tasks for the development team.

Bridge Between Engineering and Design:

• Work closely with the design team to ensure that design solutions are both user-centered and technically feasible.
• Provide insights to help designers create realistic workflows that account for technical constraints.
• Align design, development, and product teams to ensure smooth and cohesive collaboration.

Roadmap and Timeline Management:

• Support the creation and refinement of product roadmaps in collaboration with the General Product Manager.
• Ensure that development timelines are realistic and that engineering teams can deliver features within the planned schedule.
• Track progress and help resolve any technical roadblocks to keep the team on track.

Ensure Quality and Delivery:

• Collaborate with QA and engineering teams to ensure that the product meets the highest standards of quality before release.
• Facilitate testing and validation of technical features, ensuring they align with the overall product vision.
• Monitor post-release performance, gathering feedback from engineering and design teams to identify areas for improvement.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Act as the technical counterpart to the General Product Manager, ensuring that all technical aspects of the product are addressed.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders regarding technical feasibility, challenges, and timelines.
• Support the team in delivering technically sound and market-aligned products.
• Monitor product performance and analyze user feedback to inform product improvements.
• Develop and manage product documentation, ensuring clarity and alignment across teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product management or a related role, preferably within tech or financial services.
• Ability to translate business and product requirements into technical specifications.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate customer needs into product features.
• Strong understanding of software development processes (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage technical challenges.
• Experience working closely with developers and designers to deliver features that meet both technical and user expectations.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with product management tools and methodologies (e.g., Jira, Trello, etc.).
