Job Summary

• We are seeking a proactive and organized individual to assist our CEO in managing a two-week medical outreach project.
• This initiative, aimed at providing vital healthcare services to underserved communities, requires seamless coordination, attention to detail, and a hands-on approach.
• The Executive Assistant/Project Coordinator will work closely with the CEO to ensure all aspects of the outreach are executed effectively.
• This temporary role offers an exciting opportunity to demonstrate your skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the CEO with day-to-day project management tasks, including scheduling, task tracking, and coordination with key stakeholders.
• Oversee logistics for the medical outreach, such as venue arrangements, supply coordination, and communication with outreach teams.
• Prepare, maintain, and monitor project documents, such as schedules, reports, and budget trackers.
• Manage data collection and analysis using Excel, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
• Act as the primary point of contact for the outreach team and external partners, facilitating smooth communication.
• Handle administrative duties as required, including drafting emails, managing calendars, and organizing meetings.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise to ensure the success of the outreach.

Qualifications and Skills

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
• Proven experience as an executive assistant, project coordinator, or similar role.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly learn new tools and platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-oriented mindset.
• A proactive "can-do" attitude, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.
• Experience in the healthcare or nonprofit sector is an advantage but not required.

Compensation
Competitive daily rate (to be discussed based on experience).
