Job Summary

• We are seeking a dynamic, experienced, and enthusiastic Park Manager to oversee the operations and management of our park.
• This role requires a strong leader who is passionate about outdoor spaces, sustainable practices, and providing exceptional visitor experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily park operations, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and accessibility.
• Manage a team of park staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
• Develop and implement maintenance and conservation programs for park facilities and natural resources.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations.
• Foster relationships with community stakeholders, partners, and government agencies.
• Address visitor concerns and provide excellent customer service.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Parks and Recreation Management, Environmental Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years and above of experience in park management, operations, or related roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Budgeting and financial management expertise etc
• Certifications and Training in any of the following
• Certified Park and Recreation Professional (CPRP)
• Certified Manager of Recreation (CMR), Certified Event Planner (CEP)
• Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM)
• Chartered Institute of Management (CIM).

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 Monthly.
