Job Description
An Accountant's job description includes:

• Compliance: Ensuring that financial records and statements comply with laws and regulations
• Financial analysis: Analyzing transactions, conducting financial analysis, and providing insights into a company's financial health
• Budgeting and forecasting: Assisting with budgeting and forecasting, and providing recommendations to management

• Communication: Communicating findings with stakeholders and acting as an interdepartmental liaison
• Software maintenance: Maintaining financial software and spreadsheets, and online databases
• Financial record management: Maintaining and organizing financial records, including ledgers, journals, and registers
• Financial statement preparation: Preparing financial statements and ensuring their accuracy
• Tax reporting and filing: Calculating taxes owed, preparing tax returns, and ensuring prompt payment

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND qualification with 4 - 5 years work experience.

Salary
N100,000 - N130,000 / month.
