Description

• We are seeking a skilled Technical Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our technical processes and systems. If you’re passionate about technology, innovation, and operational excellence, we want you on our team!

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage technical operations, including system maintenance, troubleshooting, and process optimization.
• Lead the deployment and maintenance of technical infrastructure to support business operations.
• Ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of technical systems and solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of technical solutions.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in technical operations, IT management, or a similar field.
• Qualification: Minimum of HND/B.Sc. in a relevant field
• Strong technical background with proficiency in system operations, hardware, and software management.
• Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and lead technical teams effectively.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
