About the Role

• We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Product Owner to join our dynamic team.
• The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders in an AI development project, driving the development of innovative products and features.
• Experience with Generative AI technologies is a strong advantage, as you will help shape and deliver cutting-edge solutions leveraging AI capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and prioritize the product backlog to align with business goals and customer needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including business, engineering, and design teams, to translate high-level vision into actionable requirements.
• Serve as the main point of contact for technical teams, ensuring clarity in requirements and facilitating smooth communication.
• Work closely with engineering teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.
• Evaluate and work with the team to integrate Generative AI technologies to enhance product features and capabilities.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for innovation.
• Establish success metrics, monitor product performance, and iterate based on user feedback and data insights.
• Act as a subject matter expert for both the product and business aspects of the product.
• Drive Agile processes, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience as a Product Owner, Technical Product Manager, or a similar role in a tech-driven environment.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
• Strong technical acumen, with the ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
• Strong Problem-Solving Skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with data-driven decision-making and A/B testing.
• Background in machine learning, NLP, or AI product development.
• Certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager.
