Job Title: Lead, Fabric Maintenance - Offshore

Job Description
Pursue within FO site team the HSE objectives defined by line management.
Carryout Emergency and Routine Maintenance work activities offshore, to include but not limited to repair of flowlines, pipelines and structural repairs.
Ensures all NI/NC notifications are properly assessed and assigned to the right teams for execution and completion of works
To extend the work scopes to include Stainless and Duplex steel piping works, larger diameter piping repairs and new installations.
Introduction to GRE/GRP materials in piping, grating and handrails maintenance.
He is the Company’s representative in charge of these activities and Company main contact for the Emergency and Fabric Maintenance
work works external Contractors.
Participates in the routine FO, HSE etc. and follow up scheduled actions
Manages the interfaces linked to these activities with the relevant COMPANY entities.
Prepares (with management validation), and defends budgets related to his activities before NAPIMS.
Prepares and ensures effective management of the various Routine Maintenance Works Contracts.
Analyses and validates estimates provided by Contractors and verifies the estimates in line with the contract's clauses.
Supervise the preparation and the execution of the works are correctly performed.
Organize and follow the logistics between the different onshore worksites and bases.
Organizes the receipt of the works performed (in particular the prefabrications performed in the Contractors' workshops).
Deal closely with field operations in maintenance, procurement, construction, projects and logistics for effective execution of Campaign of works.
Ensures that the QA/QC requirements are totally respected and in line with Nigerian Regulations and Company Rules.
Establishes & follows punch lists when required and ensures that the relevant documentation is supplied following the needs and correctly archived
Ensure closeout of Site intervention Notifications and Work orders in UNISUP
Define the material stock levels and reviews stock quantities, usage and consumption to minimize the stock value, whilst ensuring that all spare parts are available for routine, defect and shutdown maintenance.
Coaches Fabric Maintenance Contractors and field operations staff by establishing methods to improve their technical level and expertise in works repairs.
Provides technical support to the JV Sites including maintenance engineers and FM supervisors on site.
Qualifications / Experience Required
Bachelor’s Degree in Petroleum or Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
At least 15 - 20 years of experience in construction/ SD / Maintenance activities and management of operations in industrial oil & gas context and project management.
Capability to manage HSE aspects (in particular with respect to safety rules) including management of these aspects by external entities.
Specific professional knowledge: SAP/R3 (UNISUP).
Good knowledge of technical rules and quality level required for these activities.
