Job Title: Estate Surveyor & Valuer

Locations: Abuja (FCT) & Victoria Island - Lagos

Job Summary

• We seek a talented and experienced Estate Surveyor & Valuer to join our team in Lagos.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for providing professional advice on property valuation, management, acquisition, and sales while ensuring compliance with industry regulations and delivering exceptional client service.

Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role in Lagos State, Nigeria for an Estate Surveyor And Valuer.
• The role involves conducting property valuations, inspecting and documenting properties, preparing reports, and providing expert advice on real estate matters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Estate Management, Real Estate, Land Economics, or a related field
• Membership with a recognized professional body such as NIESV is an advantage.
• Proven experience in property valuation and estate surveying
• Excellent knowledge of real estate market trends, laws, and regulations
• Strong analytical and research skills
• Effective communication and negotiation abilities.

Salary
N150,000 - N300,000 Monthly.
