We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Human Resource Manager/Team Lead who will play a pivotal role in driving our human capital strategies.
The ideal candidate will possess good leadership skills, a deep understanding of HR practices, and the ability to foster a positive and productive work environment.
This role is critical in ensuring that Terra HR Consult attracts, develops, and retains result-oriented talents for our company and 3rd-party clients
It is a fully hybrid positions (days onsite and offsite will be formalised) that ensure that you manage and coordinate HR functions virtually always withour any form of excuses as well as amange your HR Team.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition and Management:
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Oversee the entire recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and selection.
Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires, facilitating their integration into the company.
Employee Relations:
Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes employee engagement and satisfaction.
Address employee concerns and grievances in a timely and professional manner.
Implement initiatives to improve workplace culture and morale.
Performance Management:
Develop and manage performance appraisal systems to evaluate and enhance employee performance.
Provide guidance and support to managers in setting performance goals and conducting evaluations.
Identify and address areas for employee development and growth.
Compliance and Policy Development:
Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures as needed.
Provide training and guidance to employees on company policies and best practices.
Training and Development:
Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
Coordinate and deliver training sessions on various topics, including compliance, leadership, and technical skills.
Monitor the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as necessary.
HR Administration:
Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and employee records management.
Ensure accurate and timely processing of HR-related documentation.
Utilize HRIS systems to streamline HR processes and improve efficiency.
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is highly desirable.
Experience:
Minimum of 3 to 10 years of experience in human resources management
Proven track record of successfully managing HR functions and leading HR initiatives.
Skills and Abilities:
Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and legal requirements.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office applications.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions.
