Job Responsibilities

• Manage executive schedules, appointments, and meetings.
• Draft, review, and manage legal documents and correspondence.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Coordinate office operations and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for executive meetings.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL.B).
• 3+ years proven experience as an Executive Secretary or similar role, preferably in the Oil & Gas industry.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and legal documentation.
• High level of confidentiality and professionalism.

Salary
N350,000 Monthly.
