Person Specification

• 8+ years in health services management, ideally within an HMO.
• Bachelor's Degree in Medicine / Surgery, Pharmacy, Healthcare Management, Public Health, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Organizational skills, healthcare regulatory knowledge, provider network management.
• Strong communicator, detail-oriented, committed to transforming patient care.
