Person Specification
Education/Skills:

• Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master's degree preferred).

Experience and Qualities:

• Must have 10+ years in tech leadership, ideally in healthcare or insurance.
• Visionary thinker who inspires innovation and bridges technology with human needs.
