Job Title: Personal Assistant to the CEO

Location: Mushin, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Preferred Gender: Male (for gender balance)

Job Description

  • Our client, a reputable organization, is seeking a proactive and highly organized Personal Assistant to the CEO. This role requires a professional who can provide exceptional administrative support, effectively manage the CEO’s schedule, and coordinate both personal and professional engagements.
  • The ideal candidate will demonstrate discretion, adaptability, and strong multitasking abilities while ensuring the smooth operation of the executive office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the CEO’s calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost professionalism and discretion.
  • Prepare briefing documents, reports, and presentation materials for meetings and engagements.
  • Organize comprehensive travel itineraries, including transportation, accommodation, and related logistics.
  • Coordinate and facilitate internal and external meetings and events on behalf of the CEO.
  • Accompany the CEO to official engagements, providing support and acting as a liaison with clients and stakeholders.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for communications to and from the CEO’s office, including screening calls and emails.
  • Draft and edit correspondence, memos, and other documentation as required.
  • Manage and prioritize tasks and projects to ensure deadlines are consistently met.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3–5 years of experience in a similar role supporting C-suite executives. Previous experience in logistics or a corporate environment is advantageous.

Skills:

  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and scheduling tools.
  • Ability to adapt to dynamic schedules and work under pressure.

Additional Requirements:

  • Willingness to travel frequently and accompany the CEO to meetings and events.
  • Flexibility to work extended hours when required.
  • Must have a valid International passport.
