Their responsibilities are geared towards creating and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote educational institutions and their programs.
Responsibilities
Develop comprehensive marketing plans tailored to different markets and regions, considering cultural nuances and local preferences.
Plan, execute, and manage marketing campaigns across various channels to promote educational institutions and their programs.
Create and manage content on social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) to engage with prospective students and build a community.
Implement search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) strategies to increase the agency's visibility online.
Create engaging and informative content for blogs, newsletters, websites, brochures, and other marketing materials.
Produce multimedia content such as videos, webinars, and virtual tours to showcase educational institutions and their offerings.
Organize and promote online workshops and webinars to provide valuable information to prospective students and their families.
Conduct market research to understand trends, preferences, and behaviors of prospective students in different regions.
Analyze marketing data to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies, using insights to make data-driven decisions.
Work closely with educational institutions and other partners to develop joint marketing initiatives and campaigns.
Identify and collaborate with influencers, alumni, and current students to amplify marketing efforts and reach a broader audience.
Plan and allocate the marketing budget effectively to maximize ROI.
Monitor and report on marketing expenditures to ensure they stay within budget and deliver value.
Use CRM tools to manage and nurture leads, track interactions, and ensure timely follow-ups.
Maintain and update a database of prospective students, ensuring accurate and current information.
Stay updated with the latest marketing trends, tools, and best practices through continuous learning and professional development.
Requirements
B.Sc / HND in a relevant field
2-4 years of experience in marketing
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience in educational services is an added advantage
Proficiency in the use of digital marketing tools and platforms including social media, SEO, SEM and email marketing software.
Salary
N200,000 / month + Commission
