• Candidates should possess an FSLC with 2+ years relevant work experience.
• Driving Experience: Several years of experience, particularly with similar types of trucks and loads, is crucial.
• Technical Skill: Proficiency in handling large vehicles, backing up, parking, and navigating through different terrains and weather conditions.

Safety Consciousness:

• Attention to Safety: A strong focus on following safety protocols, including the use of seat belts, obeying speed limits, and performing regular vehicle inspections.
• Clean Driving Record: A history free from major accidents and traffic violations.

Reliability and Responsibility:

• Punctuality: Dependable in meeting delivery schedules and deadlines.
• Responsibility: Careful with cargo, ensuring it arrives in good condition, and responsible for maintaining the truck.

Physical Fitness:

• Stamina: The ability to handle long hours on the road and manage physical demands such as loading and unloading cargo.
• Health: Regular health checks to ensure they can safely operate a vehicle.
