Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Partner Network Development Manager to lead the expansion of Univacity’s partnerships with educational institutions and agencies worldwide.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and nurturing relationships with new partner universities, colleges, and recruitment agencies.
This role requires a strong understanding of the global education landscape, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to develop strategic alliances.
Key Responsibilities
Partnership Development:
Identify and approach potential educational institutions and recruitment agencies to establish mutually beneficial partnerships.
Develop customized proposals and presentations to attract new partners.
Onboarding and Relationship Management:
Facilitate the onboarding process for new partners, ensuring they understand Univacity’s platform and value proposition.
Maintain strong relationships with existing partners to ensure continued collaboration and satisfaction.
Market Research and Strategy:
Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights within the education and recruitment sectors.
Develop and execute strategies to expand the partner network in targeted regions.
Negotiation and Agreements:
Lead negotiations to finalize partnership agreements, including terms and conditions.
Ensure compliance with Univacity’s policies and standards in all partnership agreements.
Performance Monitoring:
Track and analyze the performance of partner relationships, identifying areas for improvement and growth.
Provide regular reports to management on partnership activities and outcomes.
Collaboration with Internal Teams:
Work closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams to align partnership efforts with company goals.
Provide feedback to improve the partner onboarding process and platform features.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Number of new partner institutions and agencies onboarded.
Retention rate and satisfaction levels of existing partners.
Revenue growth attributed to partnerships.
Timely execution of partnership agreements and onboarding.
Expansion into new markets or regions.
Requirements
Proven experience in business development, partnership management, or a similar role in the education or recruitment industry.
Strong knowledge of the global education landscape and international student recruitment.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Ability to travel as needed to meet potential partners and attend industry events.
