Propli Limited is a multi-franchise company into property management, we are also a forward-thinking media-tech company dedicated to crafting compelling content that inspires and connects audiences across YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok, with a primary focus on YouTube. We’re searching for a talented Visual Storyteller/Animator who is passionate about bringing ideas to life through stunning animations.

Job Title: Visual Storyteller / Video Animator

Job Description

• In this role, you’ll collaborate with a creative team to produce high-quality animated videos that elevate our storytelling.
• By merging traditional animation skills with cutting-edge AI-driven tools, you’ll shape visual experiences that resonate and leave a lasting impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation: Develop and produce visually engaging 2D/3D animations and videos for multiple digital platforms, focusing on YouTube.
• Storyboarding: Collaborate with writers and content creators to conceptualize and storyboard projects that align with our brand’s narrative.
• Animation Development: Utilize traditional and AI-driven tools to create high-quality character animations, motion graphics, and visual effects.
• Platform Optimization: Tailor animations to fit platform-specific requirements for YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Feedback Integration: Adapt animations based on collaborative feedback, ensuring consistency in quality and style.
• Innovation: Stay current with animation trends, AI advancements, and storytelling techniques to enhance creative output.
• Deadline Management: Work under production pressure to consistently deliver 1 to 2 long-form animated videos per week.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree, HND, OND or SSCE / GCE / NECO qualification with at least 3 years of work experience.
• Proven experience in 2D/3D animation and storytelling, with a portfolio showcasing diverse styles and formats.
• Proficiency in animation software such as Adobe After Effects, Blender, Toon Boom, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with AI-driven tools like Runway, Stable Diffusion, or other generative AI platforms.
• Strong understanding of animation fundamentals, including timing, pacing, and character movement.
• Knowledge of social media platforms and best practices for creating optimized content.
• Ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple projects.
• Strong communication skills for effective teamwork and collaboration.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience creating content tailored to YouTube and social media platforms.
• Familiarity with interactive animations or AR content.
• Creative problem-solving skills to address challenges in production workflows.
• Passion for experimenting with new animation techniques and tools.
