Job Title: Personal Assistant to the MD

Location: Lagos Mainland, Lagos

Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced candidate for the role of Personal Assistant (PA) to the MD/CEO.

As personal assistant to a CEO, your key responsibilitiesincluds the following:

• Administrative tasks: Handling correspondence, answering phone calls, and managing the CEO's email inbox
• Scheduling: Managing the CEO's calendar, scheduling meetings, and arranging travel
• Event planning: Planning and coordinating the CEO's business trips and events
• Problem solving: Resolving challenges and avoiding escalating issues to the CEO
• Advising: Advising the CEO on business matters, such as mergers or company restructuring
• Document creation: Producing records, documents, and reports
• Communication: Drafting communications for the CEO to review and dispatch
• Confidentiality: Working with classified information and maintaining confidentiality
• Time management: Assisting the CEO in meeting deadlines and completing tasks
• Attention to detail: Being accurate and paying attention to detail

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess an OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree with 1-3 years experience.
• Candidates must reside in Amuwo odofin or it's environs.

Salary
N70,000 - N100,000 / Month.
