Position Overview

•  We are currently looking for a creative and talented Community Manager to join our team.
• The Community Manager will play a pivotal role in nurturing and growing the online community.
• This individual will be responsible for engaging with community members, managing online discussions, organizing virtual events, and ensuring that the community remains a positive and supportive space.
• The ideal candidate is a creative, proactive, and empathetic individual with a passion for community building and a deep understanding of Christian values.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively engage with community members across various platforms.
• Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and respectful manner.
• Organize and host virtual events, such as webinars, Q&A sessions, and online meetups.
• Collaborate with other team members to plan and execute community-driven initiatives and campaigns.
• Monitor community interactions to ensure compliance with community guidelines.
• Address and resolve conflicts or issues within the community in a compassionate and constructive manner.
• Utilize feedback and data to continuously improve community strategies and initiatives.
• Collaborate with partners to enhance community offerings and create new opportunities for engagement.

Requirements

• Proven experience in community management, social media management, or a similar role in the relationship space (preferably).
• Strong understanding and appreciation of Christian values and principles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently without supervision and as part of a team.
• Experience with social media platforms, content management systems, and analytics tools.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Zoom.

Salary
N80,000 - N100,000 monthly.
