Job Summary

• We're seeking an organized and detail oriented Admin Manager to oversee the administrative operations of our vibrant nightclub. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage office operations, including supplies, equipment and maintenance.
• Maintain accurate records, files and databases.
• Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations and events.
• Provide administrative support to management and staff.
• Manage employees records, contracts and benefits.
• Coordinate recruitment, training and onboarding.
• Assist with budgeting, for casting and financial reporting.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable and cash handling.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations
• Coordinate events, parties and special functions.
• Manage inventory, ordering supplies, and stock control.
• Oversee maintenance, repairs, and renovations.
• Assist with social media management and content creation.
• Coordinate promotional materials, flyers and posters.
• Manage email marketing campaigns and news letter.
• Respond to customer inquiries and concerns
• Coordinate with local authorities, emergency services.
• Maintain emergency response plan and procedures.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess Bachelor's Degree / HND in Business Administration or related field with 3-5 years of administrative management experience.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to details and analytical skills.
• Ability to work varied shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Familiarity with Accounting software

Salary
N100,000 per month.
