Job Title: Senior Sales Associate (Female)

Location: Galaxy Mall, Kaduna

Job Summary

• The Senior Sales Associate will be responsible for driving sales, delivering excellent customer service, working with the store supervisor in ensuring the smooth operation of the store.
• This individual serves as a role model for junior staff, oversees key areas of the sales floor, and contributes to achieving the store's overall performance goals.

Responsibilities
The Senior Sales Associate will:

• Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized shopping experiences.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the team’s overall goals.
• Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate unresolved issues.
• Ensure proper stock presentation by following visual merchandising guidelines.
• Provide feedback on customer preferences, product performance, and team performance.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of cognate sales experience
• Supervisory experience is mandatory, experience in a retail industry will also be an added advantage.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and customer preferences.

Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 monthly.
