We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Quality Assurance Officer

Location: Sango Ota, Ogun

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with GHK/GMP and 5s practices on the production floor, Laboratory and transit to warehouse.
• Proper inspection & quality monitoring of products at the production floor at all time.
• Ensure that SOP are clearly follow in all production process and promote quality standards and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure the correct raw materials are used for each of the right product on the production floor.
• Ensure daily quality function planning and follow up on mold change plan/arrangement; ensure items from same machine upon mold change are conforming to standard/specification.
• Follow up on every machine start up and proper LINE CLEARANCE procedure upon mold/color change.
• Hourly tour of factory and timeless inspection to ensure high quality delivery.
• Follow up on NC/ON-HOLD products and proper disposition.
• Enforce standard stacking of product and ensure packing slips is on all products package for easy traceability.
• Ensure proper packaging of product and daily verifications of product packaging details.
• Ensure efficient record keeping, updates and filing.
• Make adequate preparation for both internal and external audit.
• Provide adequate and proper support to QA OFFICER TEAM LEAD
• Carry out other duties that may be assigned from time to time by Quality Assurance Manager/supervisor.

Qualification & Experience:

• HND / B.Sc. in Polymer & textile Science, Chemistry, Microbiology, Laboratory Technology, Chemical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, Quality Management, Biochemistry, and Other related Science disciplines
• 3 Years in Similar Field And 1 to 2 years at Team leader position.

Renumeration & Perks

• Salary: N135,000 - N200,000 / Month
• Leave Allowance, Pension, Productivity Bonus, Health Insurance and Performance-Based Increment.
