Job Title: Relationship Executive

Job Summary
The Relationship Executive serves as the primary point of contact for clients, managing and enhancing relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
They proactively address client needs, resolve issues, and provide tailored solutions to enhance the client experience, all while aligning with the company’s goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement and Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by consistently engaging with clients through meetings, phone calls, and emails.
Act as a trusted advisor, providing guidance and support to clients and understanding their business needs.
Client Satisfaction and Retention:
Ensure client satisfaction by addressing and resolving concerns promptly. Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess their needs, satisfaction, and any potential issues. Proactively implement strategies to retain existing clients and minimize churn.
Account Growth and Upselling:
Identify opportunities to expand relationships by recommending additional products or services based on client needs.
Collaborate with the sales team to provide customized solutions for clients, contributing to revenue growth.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams (such as product development, marketing, and customer service) to ensure seamless delivery and implementation of client requirements.
Provide feedback from clients to relevant teams to improve services and solutions.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, issues, and solutions provided. Prepare and deliver regular reports on client satisfaction, feedback, and account growth opportunities to management.
Market and Industry Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitors to better understand clients’ needs and potential solutions. Provide clients with relevant insights that could impact their business.
Key Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
At least 3 years’ experience in this role or similar roles
Proven experience in a client-facing role, ideally in sales, account management, or customer service.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple client accounts.

Salary
N200,000 - N300,000 Monthly.
