Job Title: Agency Manager

Locations: Abuja, Uyo - Akwa Ibom and Abeokuta - Ogun

Job Description

• The role is crucial for the sales team's success, overseeing Unit Managers and Real Estate Advisors.
• Responsibilities include recruitment, training, and management, focusing on achieving sales targets and enhancing brand visibility while fostering a high-performance culture within the agency.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the sales team and ensure effective marketing execution.
• Recruit, train, and manage a team of 4 Unit Sales Managers and 20 Real Estate Advisors, totaling 84 in the Agency.
• Collaborate with the Regional Manager on sales initiatives to achieve annual targets.
• Drive team performance to exceed sales goals and actively participate in sales activities.
• Enhance brand visibility in the market.
• Meet personal sales targets and lead by example.

Preferred skills and qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is often required.
• 3-5 years of proven work experience in sales and marketing.
• Real Estate Knowledge.
• Certifications in sales and marketing added advantage.
• Proven track record of successful sales leadership.
• Strong ability to drive and achieve sales targets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective presentation and team management.
• Experience in recruiting, training, and managing a high-performing sales team.
• Ability to analyze market trends, evaluate team performance, and make data-driven decisions.
