Position Overview

• We are seeking an experienced and motivated General Manager to oversee all aspects of the hotel's operations, including guest services, financial management, staff development, marketing, and overall hotel performance.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, a passion for exceptional service, and proven leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring high standards of guest service, cleanliness, and overall guest satisfaction.
• Develop and implement strategies to meet financial targets, including revenue generation, cost control, and budget management.
• Lead, train, and motivate the hotel staff, ensuring a positive and collaborative working environment.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, brand standards, and local legislation.
• Monitor guest feedback and take corrective actions to resolve any issues or concerns.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Drive marketing initiatives to increase hotel visibility and occupancy rates.
• Prepare and present regular reports on hotel performance to the ownership and board of directors.
• Ensure effective communication between departments to maintain smooth operations.
• Manage hiring, training, and performance evaluations for staff members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum of [20] years of experience in hotel management, with at least [10] years in a leadership role.
• Strong financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets and drive profitability.
• Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and lead a diverse team.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of hotel management software and property management systems (PMS).
• Ability to work under pressure and make quick, effective decisions.
• A passion for providing outstanding customer service and guest satisfaction.
