Job Description

• As a Product Manager, you’ll be responsible for guiding the daily activities of your development team.
• Your key responsibilities include leading feature discovery and prioritization, collaborating closely with stakeholders, developers, and designers, and ensuring efficient collaboration across cross-functional teams.
• You’ll also be pivotal in breaking down the product vision into manageable user stories, prioritizing tasks, and driving data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Lead feature discovery and prioritize roadmap items to optimize the user experience and align with business goals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and integrate feedback, transforming insights into actionable features.
• Coordinate effectively with development, design, and QA teams to ensure quality delivery.
• Utilize data insights to refine product features and enhance usability.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment with at least 3 years of experience.
• Strong track record in product discovery, roadmapping, and Agile methodologies.
• Technical skills include proficiency with Agile tools (e.g., Jira) and a solid understanding of web development concepts, particularly the MERN stack.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively convey requirements to both technical and non-technical team members.
• Data-driven approach, with the ability to analyze and leverage data to create user-friendly and impactful product features.
• Strong organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt effectively in a fast-paced, Agile environment.
