FASYL Technology Group seeks a results-oriented senior sales executive to lead our sales team, foster key client relationships, and contribute to our business growth in the ever-evolving tech industry.
  • At FASYL, we specialize in delivering innovative technology solutions to meet businesses' dynamic needs. We are looking for a seasoned sales leader to strategically drive revenue growth and expand our footprint in emerging and established markets.

Responsibilities
In This Role, You Will:

  • Develop and implement winning sales strategies to penetrate new markets, identify emerging trends, and capture critical opportunities.
  • Build and nurture lasting relationships with high-level clients, partners, and stakeholders, positioning FASYL as a trusted technology solutions provider.
  • Lead, inspire, and coach a high-performing sales team, setting ambitious goals and providing mentorship to ensure success.
  • Represent FASYL at major industry conferences, exhibitions, and seminars, showcasing our innovative solutions and driving brand awareness.
  • Track and analyze sales data, providing insights and recommendations to executive leadership that will shape our long-term growth strategy.
  • Meet and exceed revenue targets, ensuring that FASYL remains at the forefront of the competitive technology sector.

Requirements
What We're Looking For:

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification
  • 10+ years of experience in tech sales, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role, managing high-impact teams.
  • Proven success in B2B technology sales, preferably within the software, hardware, or IT services industries.
  • A strategic thinker with exceptional leadership, negotiation, and client management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities and the capacity to deliver impactful presentations.
  • A proactive, results-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
