We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Head of Sales and Marketing

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities
Sales:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Lead and manage sales teams to meet sales goals.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, investors, and partners.
• Negotiate and close deals.
• Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies.

Marketing:

• Develop and execute marketing plans to promote properties and services.
• Manage branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns.
• Create and distribute marketing materials (brochures, videos, etc.).
• Utilize digital marketing channels (social media, email, etc.).
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity.
• Conduct market research to inform sales and marketing strategies.

Team Management:

• Lead and motivate sales and marketing teams.
• Recruit, train, and develop team members.
• Conduct performance evaluations.
• Foster collaboration between sales and marketing teams.

Strategic Planning:

• Contribute to company-wide strategic planning.
• Develop sales and marketing budgets.
• Monitor and report on sales and marketing performance.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Sales revenue growth.
• Sales conversion rates.
• Marketing campaign ROI.
• Brand awareness and reputation.
• Customer satisfaction.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in sales and marketing leadership.
• Proven track record of success in real estate sales and marketing.
• Strong communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills.
• Familiarity with CRM software and marketing automation tools.

Salary
N100,000 - N300,000 monthly.
