Job Description

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive lead generation.
• Lead the digital marketing efforts, including managing social media platforms, website optimization, and digital advertising campaigns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and target audience preferences.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for strategic positioning.
• Oversee the creation of compelling marketing collateral, promotional materials, and digital content to engage target audiences.
• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and optimize strategies for maximum impact.

Requirements

• Relevant educational qualifications in marketing, digital media, communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing and digital strategy, with a focus on the real estate and property construction industry.
• Proven track record of successful marketing initiatives and digital campaigns within the real estate sector.
