Job Title: Graphics Designer

Job Description

• A Senior Graphic Designer will be responsible for overseeing and executing creative design projects while ensuring alignment with the brand's visual identity.
• You will oversee the design's production to ensure the designs are completed in a timely manner.
• You will also use your knowledge of design software to accomplish these responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Creative Leadership: Developing and pitching new design concepts, establishing design guidelines, and ensuring brand consistency across all marketing materials.
• Project Management: Managing design projects from conception to completion, including setting timelines, assigning tasks, and providing creative direction to junior designers.
• Design Execution: Creating high-quality designs for various media, including print, digital, and motion graphics. This may involve illustrations, infographics, layouts, and other visual elements.
• Team Management: Mentoring and guiding junior designers, providing feedback, and fostering a creative work environment.
• Client Collaboration: Understanding client needs, translating business objectives into visual concepts, and presenting design solutions effectively.
• Industry Trends: Staying updated on design trends, software, and technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• An advanced diploma or degree in design is a plus.
• Minimum of 6 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Proven experience in leading design projects and working with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Experience with other design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
• Knowledge of web design principles and UX/UI best practices.
• Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) is preferred.
• Other relevant certifications (e.g., UX/UI design certifications) are a plus.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, including digital and print media.
• Demonstrated ability to handle complex design projects and produce high-quality work.

• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present and explain design concepts clearly.
• Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Additional Requirements:
• Experience with branding and identity design.
• Familiarity with print production processes and requirements.
• Understanding of digital marketing and content strategies is a plus.
