Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced Manager to oversee our newly established branch in Agbor, Delta State.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead and Inspire: Manage and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a positive work environment that promotes productivity.
• Oversee Operations: Ensure efficient daily workflows, manage inventory, and keep projects on track to meet deadlines.
• Customer Engagement: Build strong client relationships by understanding their needs and delivering top-quality service on every project.
• Maintain Quality: Uphold rigorous quality standards to ensure all outputs meet Shefa Prints Pro’s reputation for excellence.
• Drive Branch Growth: Collaborate with senior management to implement improvements that align with the company’s vision and growth strategy.
• Innovative Problem-Solving: Proactively address operational challenges and introduce new strategies to optimize production and service.

What You’ll Bring to the Role

• Bachelor's Degree
• Experience and Knowledge: At least 3 years in a management role, preferably in the print or production industry. Strong understanding of workflow and process management is essential.
• Effective Leadership: Ability to inspire, manage, and support a team effectively, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Quality-Driven: High attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards in all areas of production.
• Organized and Efficient: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.
• Proactive and Vision-Oriented: A forward-thinker who can anticipate challenges, solve problems, and drive growth for our new Agbor branch.
