Description 

• We seek an experienced and strategic General Manager to lead and oversee the operations of a conglomerate with subsidiaries in transportation, real estate, autos, air and oil & gas.
• The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing multi-industry businesses, driving growth, and optimizing resources to achieve business objectives. This role demands a hands-on leader who can navigate complex environments, engage cross-functional teams, and ensure each subsidiary's smooth, profitable operation.

• Lead, develop, and implement business strategies for each subsidiary to align with corporate goals.

Qualifications

• An MBA or equivalent is preferred for a Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a relevant field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in a senior management role, ideally within transportation, real estate, or oil & gas sectors.
• Proven leadership skills with strong financial acumen and strategic thinking abilities.
• Must have experience in at least two industries - transportation & real estate
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Available to resume within 2 weeks - 1 month
