Description
We are looking for motivated Sales Representatives to drive the growth of Tanta Innovative Limited’s services and products.
You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and nurturing relationships with potential clients, and closing deals that align with the company’s strategic objectives.
Your primary focus will be selling our software development services, cybersecurity solutions, and SaaS products to businesses while working collaboratively with our marketing and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels (e.g., networking, cold calling, social media, email outreach, referrals).
Research and understand the specific technology needs of potential clients.
Sales Strategy & Execution:
Present and demonstrate Tanta Innovative’s solutions, including custom software development, cybersecurity tools, AR/VR solutions, and SaaS offerings, to prospective clients.
Craft compelling proposals, pitches, and presentations that highlight the value of our services.
Develop and execute sales strategies that align with the company’s revenue goals.
Relationship Building:
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to foster trust and increase the likelihood of repeat business.
Manage client accounts and ensure customer satisfaction with post-sale support in collaboration with the technical team.
Closing Deals:
Achieve and exceed sales targets by closing deals that align with the company’s services.
Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and service agreements with clients to close deals successfully.
Market Research & Reporting:
Stay informed about industry trends, market needs, and competitor offerings.
Provide regular feedback to the management team regarding customer needs, market conditions, and sales performance.
Key Requirements
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related fields (or equivalent experience).
Experience:
2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the technology or software development industry.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Experience in selling software solutions, IT services, or SaaS products is a significant advantage.
Skills & Abilities:
Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to close deals.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences.
Ability to understand and articulate complex technical products and solutions in simple terms.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Proficiency with CRM software and other sales tools is a plus.
What We Offer
Salary: NGN200,000 - NGN400,000 per month.
