Job Summary

• We’re looking for a results-driven Telemarketer to join our team.
• You will be responsible for generating leads, building customer relationships, and driving sales through outbound calls.
• Success in this role means meeting sales targets, expanding our client base, and supporting the growth of Investourism.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, providing detailed information about our services.
• Identify and qualify leads, using persuasive communication to generate interest and secure bookings.
• Build strong relationships with customers to understand their travel needs and recommend tailored vacation packages.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and feedback using our CRM system.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align telemarketing strategies with current campaigns and promotions.
• Continuously stay updated on industry trends, and new destinations.
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

Experience:

• 1-2 years of proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service.

Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
• Strong persuasive and negotiation skills, with a focus on closing sales and achieving targets.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly organized with exceptional time management skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
