Job Title: Sales Manager

Location: Allen Avenue, Ikeja - Lagos

Role Summary

• We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in the advertising industry.
• In this role, you will lead and drive sales initiatives, develop impactful sales strategies, expand our market reach, and engage effectively with our target audience.
• Your contribution will be instrumental in propelling our brand's growth and achieving our ambitious goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide the sales team to meet and exceed targets in the advertising industry.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans across digital, print, and multimedia advertising solutions.
• Build and sustain relationships with key advertisers, agencies, and partners.
• Identify new business opportunities to increase market penetration.
• Collaborate with creative and production teams for successful campaign execution.
• Stay updated on industry trends to refine sales strategies.
• Manage the sales pipeline and maintain accurate forecasting and reporting using CRM tools.
• Conduct regular training sessions to keep the team updated on industry trends and product offerings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Sales Executive and 2 years as a Sales Manager in the advertising industry.
• Strong understanding of digital advertising, programmatic buying, and traditional media sales.
• Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
