We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

Location: Oregun, Ikeja - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site installation and commissioning guidance for cooperative channel partners to ensure the correct installation and operation of customers' photovoltaic energy storage inverters, energy storage batteries, and other products.
• Based on customer feedback and system monitoring information, provide fault diagnosis, troubleshooting, and solutions, quickly handle technical issues, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Conduct sales and after-sales technical training for channel partners and internal teams to enhance overall technical proficiency.
• Support the sales team, provide technical consultation and solution suggestions, and ensure effective communication and response to customer needs.
• Support the sales team, provide pre-sales technical training for channel partners, and enhance customers' awareness and recognition of the company's products.
• Write technical support reports and fault analysis reports, and record the fault handling process and results.
• Cooperate with the R&D team to provide feedback on product technical issues and propose optimization and improvement suggestions.
• Collect customer feedback on product improvement, requirements, and competitor related product technology advantages to enhance product competitiveness for research and development.

Job requirements

• Electrical engineering, automation, photovoltaics or related majors, or relevant work experience.
• Having technical support experience in the fields of inverters, energy storage systems, etc., familiar with the installation, commissioning, and maintenance processes of related equipment is preferred.
• Solid knowledge of power electronics and familiarity with the working principle and common troubleshooting methods of DC/AC inverters are preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, able to quickly make decisions and respond in high-pressure environments.
• Good communication skills, able to clearly explain technical issues and solutions to customers.

Salary
N80,000 - N350,000 per month.
