Beads Engineering Limited is a company formally registered in Nigeria, a dynamic outfit established to undertake construction, rehabilitation and maintenance of building for onward promotion and solution to the demanding housing challenges. To rehabilitate, map out, align, build and lay a road network for smooth and accessible passage. To undertake and execute such for individuals, government tiers, corporate bodies’ and other institutions with assured contentment.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Site Manager

Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full Time
Reports To: Senior Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
• Conduct project feasibility studies and risk assessments to ensure realistic timelines and budgets.
• Set up project milestones, and oversee scheduling to ensure critical deadlines are met.
• Prepare and manage project budgets, track expenses, and maintain profitability.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate project teams, ensuring clear communication and effective collaboration.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, subcontractors, and vendors for efficient project execution.
• Hold regular project team meetings, status updates, and progress reviews.
• Resolve on-site issues promptly to avoid project delays
• Identify potential project risks, develop mitigation plans, and adapt strategies to changing conditions.
• Regularly assess project progress against risk factors and implement corrective actions as needed.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Building Technology, Construction Management or Civil Engineering.
• Approximately 5 years and above of relevant experience in a Construction Industry
• Basic knowledge of construction and interior design processes, materials, and quality standards.
• Familiarity with project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD, Procore) is a plus.

Salary
N90,000 - N120,000 monthly.
