Job Title: Loader

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced Loader who will be responsible for loading and unloading of meals, equipment, and other related items.
• The successful candidate will ensure the right quantity of meals, is delivered at the right time at the customer’s location in accordance with LSG standards and the airline’s specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Return soiled carts, dishes, and items to the dishwashing section.
• Understand and interpret menu specifications.
• Load and unload goods and airline equipment according to airline specifications.
• Load and pack meals according to airline specifications.
• Interpret the galley loading plan.
• Tidy up work areas.
• Fluent English all required records of loading and offloading.
• Monitor excesses or shortages and report to the unit for necessary action.
• Assist flight supervisor in handing over of meals to the crew.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an OND qualification
• Minimum of primary education; should be able to read and write.
• Less than 3 years of relevant work experience preferably in a similar role.
• Experience in inflight airline catering is desirable.
• Must be able to communicate effectively and have good customer service orientation.
• Have a good understanding of intercultural differences and be able to manage such sensitivities with maturity.
• Must be able to speak English.
• Attention to detail.
• Teamwork orientation.
• Customer focus and delivering expectations.
