NSIA-LUTH Cancer Centre (NLCC) is a healthcare service provider focused on cancer treatment and care. We are equipped with the most innovative cancer therapy solutions, making way for curative and palliative treatments to be delivered in Nigeria. We provide patients with a multidisciplinary team approach for the management of all types of cancers and we work with highly qualified specialists across various disciplines, allowing the center to offer cancer care of the utmost quality.
This role provides support to the organization with special focus on Business development solutions, ensuring revenue generation for the organization, managing client accounts and creating new sales ideas, which includes new sales strategies, sales pitches, and business plans.
Responsible for the development, growth and management of the organization’s Brand, Events and all of the organization’s Print and Social Media platforms.
Responsibilities
Business Development:
Lead the Business Development unit by developing a strategy for the unit, managing the resources, budget, impact and focusing on results and revenue for the Organization.
Identify sales and services that would appeal to new clients.
Manage Organization and client expectations.
Set up business meetings and one-on-one conversations with prospective clients.
Create presentations on targets, impact measurement, goals for the entire marketing team for regular reviews with senior management.
Negotiate business development contracts following the organization’s procedures.
Find and follow new business development leads.
Work with stakeholders externally to enhance business at the center.
Work with the PR agencies to enhance brand and communication strategies.
Undertake any additional tasks requested by the CEO.
Client Service Support:
Manage client accounts.
Attend and organize networking events.
Build trust and long-term relationships with clients/customers.
Work closely with the Clinic Services Manager to support programs and initiatives at the clinics and external stakeholders with specific focus on adding value in the long term.
Manage records of clients, referrals, revenue, and other important data
Make professional decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Cultivate positive interactions and relationships with sales representatives, team leaders and managers, and executives to evaluate sales strategy and results.
Develop ways to improve the clients experience and build brand loyalty.
Research the market and industry trends
Develop Client database and services provided at the center with regular updates on the websites.
Website management:
Oversee the development and management of the Company Website including design and generation of content.
Ensuring that website content is up to date and appeals to potential patients.
Responsible for ensuring increase in website traffic and monitoring of traffic.
Updating the website with all relevant information.
Marketing, Print and Social Media:
Raise the visibility and brand awareness of the Company by carrying out an effective marketing and communications plan in order to attract clients, publicize the strengths of the Company and promote the profile of the Company to external audiences.
Management of all the Company’s social media handles (i.e. Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn). Creating online/social media communities that promote the Company’s brand.
Market the Company through various channels with the objective of increasing patient footfall in the Centre
Marketing the Company to identified Hospitals – in person and through other means of communication.
Preparing and delivering content for marketing presentations. In addition to physical presentations, responsibility for preparing presentations in other formats such as video for online use etc.
Responsibility for building relationships with target market, associations etc.
Production of marketing and informational communications such as newsletters for delivery through various platforms including email and social media.
Ensuring that Key company Information such as core values, patient successful cure stories etc. are easily accessible on all the company’s platforms.
Responsibility for developing an annual marketing plan as determined by the company’s priorities.
Public Relation, event and branding:
Media and Press liaison and relationships: Ensuring that the correct narrative about the company is in the media.
Interaction with PR agencies on the company’s behalf under the direction of the CEO
Ensuring key company events are adequately and appropriately publicized.
Management of Company’s brand.
Promotion of all the Company’s events.
Ensuring the Company’s key events get significant publicity mileage.
Requirements
BA/BSc/HND , MBA/MSc/MA - Must hold a degree in business, administration, or related field.
5 - 7 years’ Experience - Minimum of five years’ work experience in sales, marketing, customer service as a manager in similar industry
Healthcare experience in any capacity will be an advantage.
Demonstrated and proven sales result
