Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Fashion House Manager with a strong social media and digital marketing background to lead our fashion house.
The ideal individual will oversee daily operations, manage a creative team, and drive the digital marketing efforts across social media platforms to grow our brand presence, increase customer engagement, and boost sales.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the fashion house, including inventory management, production schedules, and coordination of all departments design, production etc.
Manage relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and vendors to ensure timely production and delivery of collections.
Supervise and manage a team, providing guidance, leadership, and ensuring operational efficiency.
Ensure the quality control of products, from design to finished goods.
Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand presence, increase follower engagement, and drive traffic to the website and store.
Create, curate, and schedule regular content across various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.), ensuring the brand’s voice and identity are consistent.
Monitor social media trends, engage with followers, and interact with influencers or fashion bloggers to promote the brand.
Run social media campaigns, giveaways, and collaborations to boost brand awareness and sales.
Analyze social media performance using analytics tools to optimize strategies and improve ROI.
Plan and execute promotional campaigns, fashion shows, and events.
