IAM System Maintenance and Optimization:
Support the configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of IAM solutions (e.g., Active Directory, Azure AD, Okta).
Identify opportunities for automation in IAM processes to enhance efficiency and reduce manual tasks.
Collaborate with IAM engineers and developers to test and implement system updates, patches, and integrations.
Training and Support:
Provide training to end-users and IT staff on IAM best practices, password policies, and secure access protocols.
Act as a point of escalation for IAM-related inquiries and support tickets from Level 1 teams.
Develop documentation for IAM procedures, policies, and standards.
