Job Description
Gakanke Consulting Limited is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Onboarding Manager to lead a team of Sales professionals within their assigned senatorial district.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing remote teams, excellent sales acumen, and a proven ability to identify, prospect, and convert potential learners.
They will focus on promoting Gakanke Consulting's courses and expanding the company's reach within their territory.
Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Management:
Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Sales professionals within your assigned senatorial district.
Ensure team members meet their individual and collective sales targets.
Conduct regular team meetings, providing guidance, support, and training to the sales team.
Sales & Revenue Generation:
Identify, prospect, and engage potential learners, introducing them to Gakanke Consulting’s course offerings.
Drive revenue growth by selling courses to individuals, organizations, and educational institutions within your district.
Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to the district's market and demographic.
Onboarding & Client Management:
Oversee the onboarding process of learners, ensuring they are registered and set up on the platform successfully.
Support the onboarding officers to ensure all learners are well-informed and familiarized with the LMS platform.
Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing and resolving any learner inquiries or issues.
Strategic Market Development:
Research and identify emerging opportunities within the assigned district.
Build and maintain relationships with local institutions, community leaders, and corporate clients to foster partnerships and drive course adoption.
Regularly assess market conditions and provide feedback to upper management to inform course offerings and sales tactics.
Performance Tracking & Reporting:
Monitor and evaluate the performance of the sales team and ensure they meet set KPIs.
Provide regular sales reports, market insights, and recommendations to the senior management team.
Track customer acquisition, sales conversions, and onboarding success rates.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Sales, with at least 2 years managing a remote sales team.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Experience in Learning and Development, EdTech, or similar industries is highly desirable.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage a remote workforce.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
Familiarity with Nigeria's senatorial districts and the unique market dynamics within these regions.
Proficient in the use of CRM systems, sales tools, and digital platforms for managing remote teams.
