Job Title: Chief Operating Officer / General Manager (COO/GM)

Location: Lagos

Overview

• The COO/GM will be responsible for The Foundation's day-to-day operations and assist the CEO in ensuring efficient and effective delivery of programs and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation of The Foundation's strategic plan.
• Manage and coordinate the work of various departments and teams.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and stakeholders.
• Oversee human resources functions, including recruitment, training, and performance management.

Qualifications

• Advanced Degree in relevant fields such as Business, Public Policy, Social Sciences, or Law.
• Significant experience in nonprofit management and operations.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving acumen.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal capabilities.
• Financial acumen and analytical skills.
