Job Responsibilities

• As our Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
• Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll work on diverse projects, from SEO and content marketing to paid advertising and social media.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Extensive Digital Marketing Expertise: 5+ years of proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong record of successful campaigns in tech, SaaS, or startup environments.
• Strategic SEO and SEM Skills: In-depth knowledge of SEO and SEM strategies, with hands-on experience using tools likeGoogle Analytics,SEMrush,Ahrefs, andMozto drive organic growth and optimize paid campaigns.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Proficient in analyzing digital metrics, interpreting trends, and deriving actionable insights to continually improve campaign performance and maximize ROI.
• Advanced Proficiency with Marketing Automation: Experience with marketing automation platforms likeHubSpot,Marketo, orMailchimpfor end-to-end campaign management, lead nurturing, and customer segmentation.
• Social Media Savvy: Demonstrated success in developing and executing social media strategies across platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram) with a knack for creating engaging content that resonates with a tech-focused audience.
• Paid Advertising Expertise: Strong experience with PPC and retargeting strategies on platforms such asGoogle Ads,Facebook Ads, andLinkedIn Ads, with a focus on driving qualified leads and increasing conversions.
• Content Marketing Excellence: Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling content, including blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, and webinars, aligning with the brand’s voice and digital marketing goals.
• CRO and UX Understanding: Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) tactics and familiarity with UX principles to ensure digital campaigns enhance user experience and achieve high engagement rates.
• Project Management and Organizational Skills: Exceptional ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining high attention to detail.
• Excellent Communication and Collaboration: Strong written and verbal communication skills with a talent for presenting marketing insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to work effectively across departments, including product, design, and sales teams.
• Creative and Analytical Mindset: A proactive problem-solver with a blend of creative and analytical skills, ready to experiment, test, and iterate digital marketing strategies.
• Adaptability and Passion for Innovation: A self-starter with a bias for action who stays updated on digital marketing trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.

Salary
N400,000 - N500,000 Monthly.
