Job Overview

• Sleek de Empire is seeking an experienced and dedicated Spa Manager to oversee daily spa operations, manage staff, and ensure the highest quality of service for our clients. The Spa Manager will play a key role in the development and execution of spa treatments, client satisfaction, and overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the spa, ensuring smooth service flow and customer satisfaction.
• Manage and lead the team, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
• Maintain a welcoming and calming environment for clients and ensure that all spa areas are clean, organized, and meet health and safety standards.
• Develop, promote, and monitor new services and packages to increase client engagement.
• Implement standard operating procedures for treatments and services, and ensure adherence.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and with a solutions-oriented approach.
• Monitor and manage inventory, supplies, and budget to ensure efficient resource use.
• Create promotional materials and collaborate with marketing for social media and other advertising campaigns.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, including sanitation and equipment maintenance.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 2 years work experience.
• Proven experience as a Spa Manager or in a similar role in the wellness and beauty industry.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in using booking systems, scheduling software, and other related technologies.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Knowledge of various spa treatments and trends in the wellness industry.

Compensation
N50,000 - N100,000 monthly - Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.
