Job Description

• We are seeking a proactive Team Leader with a strong IT background.
• You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations in our Ibadan office and ensuring a smooth experience for prospective students while supporting the company’s enrolment goals.
• This role involves strategic planning, team leadership, and collaboration to attract, guide, and admit students effectively.

Person Specification

• Proficient in overseeing and streamlining end-to-end admissions workflows, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
• Strong IT Background and you must be proficient in the use of Microsoft office and other software is essential.
• Experienced in evaluating applications for eligibility and alignment with institutional standards, with attention to detail in decision-making.
• Experience in managing budgets, tracking expenses, and coordinating and ensuring financial sustainability and accessibility.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to track admissions metrics, interpret data trends, and prepare actionable reports for leadership.
• Excellent communication abilities for engaging with prospective students, families, and staff; adept at guiding stakeholders through the admissions process.
• Proven experience in training and managing admissions staff, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
• Knowledgeable in compliance requirements, ensuring admissions practices adhere to institutional, regulatory, and diversity standards.
• Skilled in collaborating with academic, and marketing teams to provide a cohesive admissions experience.
• Skilled in developing targeted recruitment plans and outreach activities, including digital campaigns, high school visits, and campus events.
• Skilled in Managing and Reporting.

Salary
N120,000 / month.
