We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Account Relationship ManageProduct Manager, Current and Domiciliary Productsr
Managing day-to-day portfolio activities, analyzing sales methods and costs, facilitating project reviews and analyzing key performance indicators.
Managing current and domiciliary account variants which involves constantly evaluating the effectiveness of the product, design contest/initiatives/value build up in existing accounts and make necessary changes in the product depending on the market requirement.
Support Branches, SBUs, Sales and Channels by providing product clarifications whenever inquiries are made.
Support low performing Strategic Business Units in resolving their issues and providing product solutions thereby bringing them up the curve.
Knowledge Management – Designing and update of Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) and uploading the same on the portal to assist business units.
Delivering training to our internal customers (Branch/Sales/Channel to meet the needs of the customer and thereby increased balances.
Work with Treasury Department on the interest rates for domiciliary accounts to ensure our rates are highly competitive
Design value proposition for individual segments such as mass market, affluent and HNI customers to ensure increased product intake and liability growth.
Develops and monitors specific marketing campaigns (working with other relevant teams) to leverage market opportunities to ensure growth of low-cost current and domiciliary liability portfolio
Drive and implements Bank-wide strategies to ensure product uptake, increase share of the wallet as well as increased Top of the Mind Awareness (TOMA)
Leverage on partnerships and marketing campaigns to drive customer loyalty to achieve customer retention and on current and domiciliary portfolio growth
Drive product development and management of current and domiciliary products to achieve product optimization and Profit generation.
Cost control management and income maximization on current and domiciliary products to drive revenue generation
Ensure resource planning and coordination for proper and timely job execution
Ensure external and internal resource management to ensure expenditure is in line with the business plan.
Mine and pool customer data to track behaviors and design new initiatives for engagement
Engage EDMTA and M&CC for Online marketing to enhance customer acquisition.
Data mining and interpretation for business development.
Responsible and accountable for risk management of the business.
Work with the SBUs to identify new markets that present opportunities for Business.
Consistently review the existing Products (Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and Annually).
Attend and make presentations at various SBUs monthly/quarterly performance review sessions.
Timely preparation and dissemination of performance report, research and analytics.
Preparation of Business requirement documents for new initiatives on existing and new product development.
Ensure the profitability of existing and new products.
Attend and supervise User’s Acceptance Test (UAT) sessions and ensure that test results conform with approved products terms and conditions.
Oversee Consumer Products life cycle, from inception to launch, to evaluation and refinement.
Develop & implement strategies for the effective monitoring/tracking of Products.
Work closely with M&CC, SBU and other stakeholders to ensure the products are highly visible to both internal and external customers.
Requirements
Education:
Minimum Education: First Degree in any relevant discipline. Post graduate qualification in Business Administration and related certifications in Digital Product Management, Business & Data Analytics would be an advantage.
Experience:
Minimum experience: 2 years of general banking experience.
