Job Title: Telesales Officer

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time

Role Purpose

To generate sales revenue for our client by effectively promoting and selling their haircare products to customers via telephones.

Responsibilities

Outbound Calling: Initiate outbound calls to potential and existing customers to identify sales opportunities.
Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our client'sproduct range, including features, benefits, and target audiences.
Sales Pitch: Deliver persuasive sales pitches that highlight the unique selling points of our products and address customer needs.
Customer Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and follow-up.
Sales Closing: Close sales effectively by addressing customer objections and securing orders.
Sales Reporting: Accurately track and report sales activities, including daily call volume, sales conversions, and customer feedback.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Proven experience in telesales or customer service.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
Persuasive and persuasive sales techniques.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Results-oriented and driven to achieve sales targets.
Proficiency in using a CRM system.
A passion for haircare and a genuine interest in helping customers find the right products.
