Job Description

• We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Officer experience to join our team.
• In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and contributing to the company’s growth.
• This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, proactive outreach, and strong negotiation skills. You will work closely with management to meet business targets, develop strategies to drive sales, and enhance market reach.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients and enhance market presence.
• Establish and maintain relationships with existing clients to foster loyalty and growth.
• Lead initiatives to achieve and exceed revenue targets through effective sales strategies.
• Work closely with the sales team to create and deliver compelling pitches, presentations, and proposals.
• Prepare market analysis reports, providing actionable insights and recommendations to management.
• Build partnerships with industry influencers and stakeholders to strengthen brand positioning.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics and industry trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and solving problems.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.

Salary Budget
N150,000 - N250,000 monthly.
