Job Description

• A Social Media Manager at Luxsit Integration Limited would play a vital role in building brand presence and engaging with customers online, focusing on promoting the company’s home automation solutions.
• Develop and implement a social media strategy aligned with Luxsit Integration’s brand goals and target audience.
• Create, curate, and schedule engaging and visually appealing content, including images, videos, graphics, and blog posts that showcase home automation solutions.
• Build a consistent and strong brand voice across all social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter).
• Engage with followers through comments, direct messages, and responses to inquiries, fostering a community around the brand.
• Plan and run social media campaigns to promote new products, services, and special offers.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create promotional campaigns that drive awareness and lead generation.
• Monitor and report on social media performance metrics (e.g., engagement rates, reach, impressions, and follower growth).
• Use analytics to assess the success of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
• Identify and connect with influencers or partners in the home automation and smart home industry to broaden reach.
• Manage relationships with influencers, content creators, or relevant businesses to enhance brand visibility.
• Gather insights on customer needs and preferences based on social media engagement.
• Communicate feedback from social media to relevant departments, helping to improve customer satisfaction and service quality.

Salary
N120,000 - N150,000 / month.
